Consulting Rates: $40 per hour

Rates for single project or temporary bookkeeping services. Ideal for start-ups, personal finance bookkeeping, temporary employee replacement, and project of 10 hours or less in duration. 

New Business Registration and Corporation identity: $1,000 one time fee

Incorporation of new Business, Business License, and Tax ID Number (Sole proprietorship and LLC only. For a Corporation the rate may change for the complexity of the legal documents). It includes a Logo design which allows you to create your own company’s business cards, letters heads, custom invoicing. This is an effective star for your new business.
